Gezichtskenmerken zijn een bijzondere categorie van persoonsgegevens (art. 9 AVG). Veilira verwerkt deze uitsluitend met jouw uitdrukkelijke, vrije en geïnformeerde toestemming, die je op elk moment kunt intrekken.

Waarvoor gebruiken we het?

Uitsluitend om beelden en video-thumbnails online te vergelijken met jouw gezicht, zodat we gestolen of nagemaakte (deepfake) content van jou kunnen vinden en laten verwijderen. We gebruiken je biometrische gegevens voor geen enkel ander doel.

Wat slaan we op?

De referentiebeelden die je vrijwillig uploadt (versleuteld, op EU-servers).
Een wiskundige gezichtsvector (embedding) afgeleid van die beelden — geen bruikbare foto.
Perceptual hashes van je beelden.

Wat doen we nooit?

Je biometrische gegevens delen met derden of verkopen.
Ze gebruiken voor identificatie buiten jouw eigen opsporingsopdracht.
Ze langer bewaren dan nodig.

Intrekken & wissen

Je kunt je toestemming op elk moment intrekken via je dashboard (verwijder het referentiebeeld) of via [email protected]. Na intrekking worden je referentiebeelden, embeddings en hashes onmiddellijk en onherroepelijk gewist. Intrekking heeft geen invloed op de rechtmatigheid van verwerking vóór de intrekking.

What do we use it for?

Solely to compare images and video thumbnails online with your face, so we can find and remove stolen or faked (deepfake) content of you. We use your biometric data for no other purpose whatsoever.

What do we store?

The reference images you voluntarily upload (encrypted, on EU servers).
A mathematical face vector (embedding) derived from those images — not a usable photo.
Perceptual hashes of your images.

What do we never do?

Share or sell your biometric data.
Use it for identification outside your own detection assignment.
Keep it longer than necessary.

Withdrawal & erasure

You can withdraw consent at any time via your dashboard (delete the reference image) or via [email protected]. After withdrawal, your reference images, embeddings and hashes are erased immediately and irrevocably. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Uniquement à comparer en ligne des images et miniatures vidéo avec votre visage, afin de trouver et faire supprimer le contenu volé ou truqué (deepfake) vous concernant. Nous n'utilisons vos données biométriques à aucune autre fin.

Que conservons-nous ?

Les images de référence que vous téléversez volontairement (chiffrées, sur des serveurs UE).
Un vecteur facial mathématique (embedding) dérivé de ces images — pas une photo utilisable.
Des hachages perceptuels de vos images.

Ce que nous ne faisons jamais

Partager ou vendre vos données biométriques.
Les utiliser pour une identification en dehors de votre mission de détection.
Les conserver plus longtemps que nécessaire.

Retrait & effacement

Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment via votre tableau de bord (supprimez l'image de référence) ou via [email protected]. Après retrait, vos images de référence, embeddings et hachages sont effacés immédiatement et irrévocablement. Le retrait n'affecte pas la licéité du traitement antérieur.

Die Referenzbilder, die du freiwillig hochlädst (verschlüsselt, auf EU-Servern).
Einen mathematischen Gesichtsvektor (Embedding) aus diesen Bildern — kein verwendbares Foto.
Perceptual Hashes deiner Bilder.

Was tun wir nie?

Deine biometrischen Daten teilen oder verkaufen.
Sie zur Identifikation außerhalb deines eigenen Suchauftrags nutzen.
Sie länger als nötig aufbewahren.

Widerruf & Löschung

Du kannst die Einwilligung jederzeit über dein Dashboard (Referenzbild löschen) oder via [email protected] widerrufen. Nach dem Widerruf werden Referenzbilder, Embeddings und Hashes sofort und unwiderruflich gelöscht. Der Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit der vorherigen Verarbeitung.

Conservarlos más de lo necesario.

Retirada y borrado

Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento desde tu panel (elimina la imagen de referencia) o vía [email protected]. Tras la retirada, tus imágenes de referencia, embeddings y hashes se borran de inmediato e irrevocablemente. La retirada no afecta a la licitud del tratamiento anterior.

A cosa serve?

Esclusivamente a confrontare online immagini e anteprime video con il tuo volto, per trovare e far rimuovere contenuti rubati o contraffatti (deepfake) che ti riguardano. Non usiamo i tuoi dati biometrici per nessun altro scopo.

Cosa conserviamo?

Le immagini di riferimento che carichi volontariamente (cifrate, su server UE).
Un vettore facciale matematico (embedding) derivato da quelle immagini — non una foto utilizzabile.
Hash percettivi delle tue immagini.

Cosa non facciamo mai?

Condividere o vendere i tuoi dati biometrici.
Usarli per identificazione al di fuori del tuo incarico di ricerca.
Conservarli più del necessario.

Revoca e cancellazione

Puoi revocare il consenso in ogni momento dalla dashboard (elimina l'immagine di riferimento) o via [email protected]. Dopo la revoca, immagini di riferimento, embedding e hash sono cancellati immediatamente e irrevocabilmente. La revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento precedente.

O que nunca fazemos?

Partilhar ou vender os teus dados biométricos.
Usá-los para identificação fora da tua própria missão de deteção.
Guardá-los mais tempo do que o necessário.

Revogação e apagamento

Podes revogar o consentimento a qualquer momento no teu painel (elimina a imagem de referência) ou via [email protected]. Após a revogação, as tuas imagens de referência, embeddings e hashes são apagados de imediato e irrevogavelmente. A revogação não afeta a licitude do tratamento anterior.
